All orders are shipped with NZ Post and are fully traceable on their website. You can manage all aspects of your delivery (redirect, add delivery instructions & add authority to leave) on the NZ Post website.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We are pleased to now offer a click-and-collect service at our Wellington store location. 

If your item is available for click and collect, select Local Pickup. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

When will my order arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. If you're in a rural area, allow an extra 1–2 days just to be safe. Orders are sent via Courier Post (non-signature) or Aramex — whichever gets it to you fastest.

International orders:
We process international orders within 24–48 hours. For shipping:

  • DHL Express / FedEx: 2–6 business days

  • Standard international post: Up to 21 business days

Pre-orders or out-of-stock items:
If something’s on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll reach out with updates as soon as we have them.

TRACKING INFO

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable), so you can stalk your matcha every step of the way.

MISSING PARCELS

It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Evil Twins cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact eviltwinsnz@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipping confirmation has been issued.
