Collection: Shipping

All orders are shipped with NZ Post and are fully traceable on their website. You can manage all aspects of your delivery (redirect, add delivery instructions & add authority to leave) on the NZ Post website.


CLICK AND COLLECT

We are pleased to now offer a click-and-collect service at our Wellington store locations. 

We kindly ask you to shop online and if your item is available for click and collect, select Local Pickup and your desired Store Location at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.


STANDARD PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking details.

During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 5-7 working days in New Zealand for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.


MISSING PARCELS

It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Evil Twins cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact eviltwinsnz@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipping confirmation has been issued.
